Rosé Champagne Dinner at Tomasso Trattoria

Tomasso Trattoria and Enoteca welcomes guests to experience a “sparkling” summer evening at their Rosé Champagne Wine Dinner on Tuesday, June 28th. Chef Tony Bettencourt and pastry chef Mary Bergin will be preparing a five course menu in their beautiful private dining room. Dishes include salade Niçoise with fresh tuna loin and quail egg; lemon pasta with fresh crab; roasted duck with seared Belgian endive; and rosé zabaglione with grilled apricots and frozen champagne grapes. Wine director Lorenzo Savona and Devin McGarry of Maisons, Marques & Domaine, producers of fine champagnes, will entertain and educate guests by presenting a different wine or champagne with each course and discussing its origins and compatibility.
