The adorable arts neighborhood on the North Shore is hosting a winter walk from 11:00am to 5:00pm from East Main Street between Cripple Cove Studios and Rocky Neck Avenue, where you can pop in on Michalak Fine Art on Madfish Wharf, Stephen LaPierre Studio, Salted Cod Art House, Huges -Bosca Gallery, Larry Dahmler Studio, Cove Gallery, East Main St Studios, Jeffrey Marshall Studio, David Calvo Studio and more. If you’re up for the full stroll experience you can also earn a 15% off coupon for an art purchase at a gallery or studio of your choice (coupons may only be applied to selected work). Chef Barbara Lynch’s harbor outpost, The Rudder, will also be taking part in the exhibits, and you can stop by to see some local artwork (perhaps even some pieces from Lynch herself) and treat yourself to a shellfish tower and a sip of something delicious to keep your strolling strength up. Check out more info about the art and artists here and you can also grab a free e-ticket (it’s not necessary, but it helps the organizers know how many people are coming). If you’d like to make a reservation for The Rudder be sure to grab one here ASAP before all the other art lovers snag them, or you can give them a call at 351.217.1265 to hold a table.
