Rocca Delle Macìe Wine Dinner at Tosca

Chef Kevin Long welcomes Sergio Zingarelli of Tuscany’s Rocca Delle Macìe Winery to Tosca for an exceptional wine dinner on Monday, January 31st. The evening features seven different wines and Rocca’s grappa as paired with courses from chef Long. Courses include whipped fresh ricotta with olive oil toasts and balsamic; risotto d’oro and wild mushrooms with garlic mousse; ragù of buffalo with zita and juniper; and “cheesecake” of pecorino dolce with warm honey.
