Ridge Winery Wine Dinner at The Harvest

Wine Director Jason Irving welcomes guests to The Harvest on Wednesday, February 2nd to enjoy the wines of Ridge Winery as paired with four extraordinary courses from chef Keith Pooler. Known for being one of the pioneers of Zinfandel in California, Ridge Winery can trace its origins back to 1885. The winery’s finest will be matched with courses like pan seared guinea hen and confit of thigh with belle pepper jam and broccolini; roasted pork tenderloin with sautéed romaine hearts, tatsoi, curried peanuts and chimichurri; veal flank steak with escarole, piquillo peppers, vidalia onions and oaktree shiitake mushrooms; and chocolate tarte with strawberry jam.
