Rhone Valley Wine Dinner at The Nightingale

Chef Michael Burgess hosts a four-course Rhone Valley Wine Dinner at The Nightingale on Tuesday, November 29th. The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, will pair Burgess’ fare with wines from Patrick Lesec – wines from some of Southern France’s oldest and most sought-after estates, in all their pristine, organic glory. Courses include bouillabaisse with rouget, littleneck clams and rock shrimp; braised kurobuta pork with butternut squash and prunes; Rhone Valley cheeses with roasted quince; and Tart Tatin with cinnamon ice cream.
