Restaurants Against Hunger

On Tuesday, October 19th, restaurants from America’s culinary capitals lend their support to the first annual National Restaurants Against Hunger program, a fund-raising campaign honoring World Food Day. Participating restaurants from New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco will donate up to 20% of their sales to support Action Against Hunger‘s international field programs to battle the hunger and malnutrition epidemic that is threatening the lives of 840 million people around the world. Make reservations at some of your favorite area restaurants to lend your support. Participating restaurants include 33 Restaurant & Lounge, Anthem, Azure, Bistro 5, East Coast Grill and West Street Grill. For a full list of participating restaurants and other ways that you can be involved, go to the Restaurants Against Hunger website.
