Radius Kicks Off Fall Cooking Class Series

In the back-to-school spirit of fall, chef Michael Schlow turns the Radius kitchen into a classroom for the first in a long line of monthly cooking tutorials in the Radius Fall/Winter Cooking Class Series. Join Schlow and partner Christopher Myers on Saturday, September 24th for First Days of Fall, a class using what’s local, fresh and “making us wish that summer was not coming to close.” Classes, which cost $125 per person, run from 11:00am until 2:00pm and are a great opportunity to get a glimpse at the behind-the-scenes workings of a professional kitchen.
