Party for a Plate, the yearly benefit for the Greater Boston Food Bank, will be held on Thursday, April 24th at Avalon (15 Lansdowne Street). The event, which is sponsored by numerous alumni groups, attracts more than six hundred young professionals from the Greater Boston area, bringing them together for an evening of great food, drink and entertainment. Tickets are $25 or $40 for two. Guests will be rewarded with an evening of entertainment, socializing, and fine cuisine. Tasty morsels of yummy goodness from restaurants like eat, Iggy’s Bread, Union Street Bar & Grille, the Broadway Bistro and the Neighborhood will be served from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
