The Paddock Restaurant in Hyannis hosts this year’s Orleans Wine & Spirits Dinner on Friday, June 17th. Featuring wines from the Vineyard Brands portfolio, the four-course dinner includes dishes like tuna sashimi with sesame soy vinaigrette and avocado salad with crispy won tons; and grilled baby lamb chops with sweet mint pesto accompanied by pan seared, coriander-crusted halibut with red onion marmalade and pickled carrot sticks.
