On Thursday, January 29th The Blue Room in Cambridge welcomes two of the Northwest’s finest “mom and pop” wine making families, Bethel Heights Vineyards, and Elk Cove Vineyards for an Oregon Winemaker’s Dinner. Starting at 6:30pm, representatives from the winery will take guests through an exciting paired menu. Menu details are still under wraps, but they expect to be serving four courses as paired with as many as eight wines. The price for the dinner is $85 per person including tax and gratuity.
