Operation Frontline Benefit Dinner at Tremont 647

Join chef/owner Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Sister Sorel, and Rouge, on Monday, April 11th when he hosts some of America’s hottest chefs, at the eighth annual Operation Frontline Benefit Dinner. This year Husbands welcomes local talent Marc Orfaly of Pigalle, Tony Susi of Sage, Josh Ziskin of La Morra and Lee Napoli whose desserts grace the tables of both Bricco and Umbria. Chefs David Banks and Ken Vedrinski who hail from Harry’s Savoy Grill in Wilmington, Delaware and Sienna, in Charleston, South Carolina will also be on hand for the festivities. The evening kicks off at 6:00pm at Tremont 647, with a champagne reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres prepared by Tremont 647’s executive chef, Owen Tilley. Immediately following, guest chefs will prepare a seven-course, sit-down dinner, and each course will be paired with fine wines. The event, which raises funds for Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline, does tend to sell out, so call 617.266.4600 soon to purchase tickets, which cost $150 per person (including tax and gratuity).
