Operation Frontline Benefit at Tremont 647

Join Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel chef/owner Andy Husbands on Monday, March 27th when he hosts some of the area’s hottest chefs for a collaborative dinner to benefit Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline. Chefs Marc Orfaly of Pigalle, Jamie Bissonnette of Eastern Standard, Josh Ziskin of La Morra, John Delpha of Sorellina and chef-about-town Ed Doyle join Husbands and chef de cuisine Marco Suarez in the kitchen at Tremont 647 to create a dazzling five-course meal. On the menu for the evening – carnitas filled tamales with guacamole and New Mexican chili sauce; and foie gras grilled pizza with pears caramelized in honey and aged balsamic, for starters. Dinner continues with cannelloni farcito bolognese with mascarpone and roasted garlic parmigiano crema, and keeps on coming with roasted monkfish with Maine lima beans, chorizo, glace de poisson; and assiette of duck charcuterie. If you’ve still got room for something sweet – there’s warm ancho fudge cake with fire-roasted bananas and dark rum caramel sauce on the menu for dessert.
