Get your tasting pants on and explore the northern region of Thailand during the next installment of Gaaeng’s pop-up series at Spoke Wine Bar. On Tuesday, June 11th the trendy supper club will be serving up some imaginative eats from the Northeast, or Isaan region, of Thailand all night including Isaan Sausage with sticky rice, cured king fish, grilled cabbage, ginger sauce; Spicy Goi Salad (beef sirloin, beef bone, ant larvae, crab, quail egg yolk); and Om Soup (grilled oyster blade, crab fat, black puff mushrooms, eggplant).

Check out the menu below and snag some spots here for either a 6:00pm or 8:30pm seating. Dinner costs $110 per person, plus there’s an optional cocktail pairing for $58 that includes 8 cocktails. Don’t miss this dinner, either, because it’s the last in their four-part series.
