New England Seafood Review at Harvest

Steve Gennodi, proprietor of Boston Sea Farms and Rocky Neck Fish Company, heads to Harvard Square on Wednesday, May 5th to host May’s Harvest Review. For the seafood-themed dinner, chef Eric Brennan has put together a menu featuring items like yellowfin tuna carpaccio with a salad of peekytoe crabmeat; New Bedford sea scallop with foie gras melt and sauternes syrup; escabeche of tautog with roasted sweet and hot peppers with fennel pollen; and carved saddle of monkfish “au poivre” with spring dug parsnip puree. Pastry chef Molly Hanson celebrates the approach of summer with Sex on the Beach sorbet. Dinner costs $39 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and will be paired with wines selected by wine director Stephen Sink.
