Nauset Beach Club Fall Soltice Dinner

On Wednesday, October 5th The Nauset Beach Club Restaurant in East Orleans welcomes guests for their fall solstice party, Amici e la Celebrazione. The evening gets underway, weather permitting, with drinks and canapés on the deck followed by a four course dinner from chef Fred Stoffel. The dinner, which costs $75 per person includes courses like puff pastry crostini with local lobster and sautéed spinach, and saffron-wine-butter sauce; pan-roasted duck breast, truffle risotto cake and poultry-rose pink peppercorn sauce, sautéed Swiss chard with shallots; and individual caramelized pumpkin tartlet.
