On Tuesday, September 20th chef Michael Burgess hosts a Napa Valley Wine Dinner at The Nightingale. Featuring wines from Napa Valley’s Robert Sinskey Vineyards, the four-course dinner boasts dishes like heirloom tomato salad panzanella with ricotta salata and white balsamic vinaigrette; grilled quail with seared polenta and gorgonzola; braised beef shortribs bourguignon with parsley potatoes; and frozen lemon soufflé with fresh berries.
