Napa Valley Wine Dinner at The Nightingale

On Tuesday, September 20th chef Michael Burgess hosts a Napa Valley Wine Dinner at The Nightingale. Featuring wines from Napa Valley’s Robert Sinskey Vineyards, the four-course dinner boasts dishes like heirloom tomato salad panzanella with ricotta salata and white balsamic vinaigrette; grilled quail with seared polenta and gorgonzola; braised beef shortribs bourguignon with parsley potatoes; and frozen lemon soufflé with fresh berries. Each course will be paired with one of Sinskey’s artesian, bio-dynamic wines. The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, costs $65 per person. Call the Nightingale at 617.236.5658 to make reservations.
