Nantucket Bays Harvest Review

Chef Keith Pooler hosts a Nantucket Bay Scallop-themed Harvest Review on Wednesday, December 15th. Started as a way to pay homage to New England’s finest farmers, purveyors, seafood, produce and cheese, the educational evenings have been a raging success. The evening, which gets underway at 6:00pm, costs $39 per person not including tax and gratuity. Menu items include seared Nantucket Bay scallops with eggplant puree, cumin crisp, olive tapenade herbed fish sauce; poached Nantucket Bay scallop salad with ruby red grapefruit, almond slivers, watercress, poppy seeds and campari gelée; and seared Nantucket Bay scallops with roasted porcini and carrot, golden raisin emulsion.
