Modern French Cooking Class at Radius

On Saturday, November 19th, chef Michael Schlow and chef de cuisine Patrick Connolly welcome guests to Radius for a class on Modern French Cooking, the next installment in their Fall/Winter Cooking Class Series. Classes, which cost $125 per person, run from 11:00am until 2:00pm and are a great opportunity to get a glimpse at the behind-the-scenes workings of one of Boston’s most highly acclaimed professional kitchens.
