Miner Family Vineyards Dinner at Tosca

Chef Kevin Long welcomes Joanna MacKenzie of Napa Valley’s Miner Family Vineyards to Tosca on Monday, March 28th for a five-course wine dinner featuring selections from the vineyard’s sensational portfolio. The dinner starts off at 7:00pm with hors d’oeuvres like caramelized Vidalia onion tartlets, cuttlefish friti, and involtini of royale ham and asparagus, followed by dinner itself, which consists of courses like Alaskan king crab anolini with bouillon of celery juice and crushed king crab shells; “smoked” beef and tuna carpaccios; and a mixed grill of housemade Boudin Blanc with bacon wrapped buffalo brisket, ‘smokehouse’ chicken, brined duck breast and beef tenderloin.
