Make your way to Dear Annie on Thursday, April 18th to hang with vintner Gernot Kollmann of Immich-Batterieberg winery (one of the oldest, in fact!) in Germany’s Mosel region. Kollman will be on hand at chef Andrew Brady’s award-winning Cambridge spot to open some bottles and chat about all things riesling (and a few things pinot noir). Swing by between 6:00 and 8:00pm to taste your way through pours of 2022 Immich Batterieberg ‘CAI’, 2022 Immich Batterieberg ‘Detonation’, 2018 Immich Batterieberg ‘Detonation’ and 2021 Immich Batterieberg Briedeler Herzchen Trocken which will be available by-the-glass. Get there early if you want to pair your wine with the Brady’s beloved Sea Dog (a seafood sausage on a brioche bun), which will be making a one-day-only appearance on the menu.
