Regenivore-ing is the food trend of 2023, and conveniently eating in a way that actively improves the world has always been the name of the game at Woods Hill Table where you can eat on trend and hang with winemaker Donna Morris from Winderlea Vineyards on Wednesday, March 8th. Kristin Canty’s Concord dining room, which serves all the natural foods raised on her 265-acre New Hampshire farm, will be the scene for a special four-course tasting menu prepared by chef Charlie Foster that’s designed to complement wines from the acclaimed Oregon winery. Award-winning sommelier Cat Silirie will also be on hand to talk you through each pour.

The evening kicks off at 6:00pm with bites of Grilled Cuttyhunk Oysters with apple and sorrel; Cured Fluke with kanzuri and Meyer lemon; and Smoked Eggplant Crostini with goat cheese and chimichurri paired with 2018 Winderlea Chardonnay. Tickets for dinner are $135, which is all inclusive, and you can buy yours here. Follow Woods Hill Table on IG for updates, follow the farm for all the healthy, happy farm animal pics you can handle, and give the restaurant a call at 978.254.1435 if you have any Qs.
