Louis Jadot Dinner at Le Soir

Master Sommelier, Olivier Masmondet of Louis Jadot joins chef Mark Allen and pastry chef David James at Le Soir Bistro on Tuesday, April 27th for a spectacular six-course wine dinner. The evening starts at 6:30pm with a reception featuring cheeses presented by Steve and Brian Wasik owners of the Wellesley Cheese Shop. Expect carefully designed courses like lobster stuffed trout with leek fondue with lemon butter sauce; duck rillete and cured foie gras terrine with frisse, epoisses dressing; and braised beef short ribs with bleu de brasse polenta and spring onions.
