Join your pals at Puritan Oyster Bar on Sunday, April 21st for an exclusive Oyster Shucking Class led by Assistant Culinary Director, Alexis Babineau. From 3:30-5:00pm, you’ll learn the proper techniques for safely and skillfully opening oysters so you can have your very own raw bar extravaganza at home whenever the mood strikes. All participants will receive their own Puritan Oyster Bar shucking knife. This intimate 14 guests class is the perfect opportunity to elevate your oyster presentation skills.
