General Manager Augusto Lino is setting up the outdoor pop-up bar on the patio at the Charles Hotel’s stylish bar and lounge and inviting friends and fellow barmen Moe Isaza and John Rodriguez over for an al fresco cocktail party. There’ll be lots of a la carte food and plenty of seasonal drinks featuring spirits like Santa Teresa, Grey Goose and Saint Germain.
