Julia Child Tribute Dinner at Coriander

Chef Kevin Crawley of Coriander Bistro in Sharon pays homage to one of his mentors with a special wine dinner. On Tuesday, October 5th, join Crawley for a six-course menu featuring recipes from Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Dinner starts at 6:30pm with salad Niçoise with fresh tuna and quail eggs, continues with Lobster a la Americaine and cassoulet with pork, lamb and duck, and finishes up with apple tart, and an assortment of hand-selected cheeses. Each course will be paired with a corresponding wine, chosen by wine aficionado Bob Harkey. Cheeses will be selected by the Wasiks from Wasik’s Cheese Shop in Wellesley.
