Chef Bill Bradley invites guests to watch and learn over lunch on Tuesday, March 8th when he launches his Italian Cooking Series at the Rustic Kitchen in Hingham. Bradley will take guests on an interactive culinary journey through authentic Italian cooking, choosing a regional Italian specialty and demonstrating how it’s made. Participants can then enjoy the fruits of his labor served with a glass of wine from the same region.
