Industry Nights at blu Continue

On Thursday nights through the month of July, don’t go to bed after a long shift – go to blu, at The Sports Club/LA where they roll out the red carpet for the other “after work” crowd. Industry nights at blu, geared toward the city’s restaurant employees, feature an array of specialty cocktails in addition to chef Tom Fosnot‘s new late-night bar menu, which includes late-night nibbles like olives marinated in lemon zest, rosemary, fennel seed, evoo and garlic; housemade hummus and eggplant caviar served with vegetable crudite and lavash; and an assortment of yummy salads and sandwiches.
