In rare Sunday afternoon session, Chef de Cuisine David Bazirgan and Wine Director Cat Silirie will bring the Bounty of New England Seafood to No. 9 Park. On Sunday, April 6th, starting at 2:00pm, the pair will demonstrate techniques for preparing these “jewels of the Atlantic” and pair them with the perfect wine.
