The Harvest welcomes The Great Cheese Makers of New England to this month’s Harvest Review. The five-course tasting event will take place on Tuesday, December 16th from 6:00-8:00pm, and cost $35 per person, exclusive of tax and tip. Combining education and degustation, the December installment of the Harvest Review will feature local dairy farmers and cheese experts. For his part, chef Eric Brennan will be preparing courses like: mushroom carpaccio with shaved putney tome and winter truffles; cauliflower bisque with Grafton 4 star cheddar; petit filet mignon, Berkshire blue cheese butter; Westfield Farm’s camembert tort, dried fruits soaked in calvados; Westminster Dairy fresh ricotta cheesecake with Meyer lemon.
