Harpoon Beer Dinner at Oxford St. Grill

Chef David Fitzgerald welcomes the folks from Harpoon Brewery to the Oxford Street Grill on Thursday, April 27th for a five-course dinner specially designed to complement Harpoon’s limited-edition craft beers, which will be served by the brewers themselves. The dinner, which costs $50 per person and gets underway at 7:00pm, will be made up of courses like seared shrimp with shrimp caramel sauce, hop flan and citrus; malted flatbread with summer-braised brisket and citrus-mostarda; wurst with cured pork belly and sauerkraut, and saison-infused mustard; braised beef shortribs in Germanic mole with oatmeal risotto; and stout crème brulée with hop ice cream, oatmeal crisp and cocoa dust.
