Gundlach Bundschu Dinner at Ariadne Restaurant

Chef Christos Tsardounis and wine director Kathleen Malloy welcome wine importer Jason Trulby to Ariadne Restaurant & Bar on Tuesday, January 24th for a five-course prix fixe dinner paired with wines from the Gundlach Bundschu Winery. Trulby will be on hand to discuss the award-winning, estate-grown and bottled wines, while Tsardounis, busy in the kitchen, offers up a menu designed to complement the distinctive Californian wines. Dinner, which begins at 7:00pm, includes courses like Maine crab salad with mango salsa and pepper cress; cod cheeks with almonds and tangerines; butternut squash soup with duck confit and chestnuts; quail Wellington with truffled foie gras butter and oyster mushrooms; and gorgonzola dolce with roasted pears.
