Proving for the 6th year in a row that “gourmet” and “kosher” can combine beautifully, the Gourmet Kosher Dining Extravaganza is scheduled for Sunday, October 30th at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. The gala showcases some of Boston’s finest chefs in a fundraiser benefiting Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Participating chefs include Ruth-Anne Adams of Casablanca in Cambridge, Anthony Ambrose of Blackfin Chophouse & Raw Bar, David Blessing of Aujourdhui & Four Seasons Boston, Tom Fosnot of blu at the Sports Club LA, Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Tal Shofman-Schejter, pastry chef at Rialto. Tickets for the event cost $250 per person and benefit Ben-Gurion University and scholarships.
