Give Us The Dirt Harvest Review

For his last Harvest Review before heading over to his new digs at Excelsior, chef Eric Brennan welcomes Nesenkeag Farm’s proprietor and agriculturalist, Eero Ruuttila, to the Harvest for the Give Us The Dirt Harvest Review. On Wednesday, August 25th, starting at 6:00pm, guests will have the enjoy a summer menu of dishes like heirloom tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella, pickled red onion and just picked basil; shrimp encrusted native striped bass with baby carrots, bok choy, coriander berries and fermented black bean sauce; baked stuffed Lebanese squash with chorizo and smoked pepper coulis; smoked confit of duck with hot and sour baby beet salad; and little baby carrot cake with honey walnuts from pastry chef Molly Hanson.
