Gael Greene Dinner at Locke Ober

Inviting a restaurant critic over for dinner might be a bit like opening the henhouse door for the fox – but chefs Lydia Shire and Mario Capone do just that on Tuesday, April 25th when they welcome feisty food writer Gael Greene to Locke Ober for a four-course dinner. Greene, whose been reviewing restaurants for New York Magazine for the last 30 years, won’t be critiquing ‘though, she’s in Boston to promote her forthcoming memoir, Insatiable: Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess, which chronicles her escapades – of the culinary variety and otherwise. The dinner costs $135 per person, which includes paired wines, tax, gratuity and signed copy of Insatiable. Call Locke Ober at 617.542.1340 to save your seat or rsvp to info@lockeober.com.
