Get your palate primed for the flavors of central Thailand on Tuesday, April 9th when the buzzy supper club Gaaeng takes over the kitchen at Spoke Wine Bar in Davis Square. The second installment of their four-part pop-up series at the Somerville spot is shaping up to be a tasty one, with bites like Shrimp Tomalley with pickled radish, peanut, pineapple, and Kanchanaburi 20 Spice Jungle Curry (beef cheek, bamboo shoot, holy basil). Check out the menu below and snap up a reservation here for either a 6:00 or 8:15pm start. Tickets are $110 each, and you can choose either a traditional table or bar seating, plus there’s an optional drinks pairing for $58 (you’ll find the button for it when you click through on your reservation time).
