Chef and author Franco Romagnoli, a household name since 1974, when he and his late wife began hosting “The Romagnoli’s Table” on PBS, will celebrate his most recent publication, Cucina di Magro: Cooking Lean the Traditional Italian Way, with a multi-course dinner at Raphael Bar Risto on Monday, June 9 at 7:00 pm. The price is $75 per person and includes dinner, accompanying wines and autographed cookbook. Romagnoli will collaborate with Raphael Bar Risto chef/owner Ralph Conte on a menu that demonstrates that cutting the fat from Italian dishes needn’t sacrifice flavor or appeal.
