The inquisitive culinary minds at Forage are taking you to the land of Cava, Rioja, and Sherry for this week’s Spain Wine Dinner on Tuesday, May 2nd. Today there are more than 100 common varietals growing throughout Spain, and more than 4,000 producers, so there will be plenty to cover at the dinner. Naturally Forage’s wine guru Stan Hilbert has gone off the beaten path to bring some interesting, small-production wines from Reino de España (the Kingdom of Spain) to the table this week, and chef Eric Cooper has four fab courses to compliment Spain’s finest, like Wilted Wild Greens with celery root and sesame brittle paired with 2019 Camino de Navaherreros, Bernabeleva, Madrid.

Dinner is $95 per person to dine in, and $160 to take out (serves two).
