Food Project Benefit Dinner at Henrietta’s Table

On Sunday, November 6th Henrietta’s Table at the Charles Hotel hosts a special event with farmer, writer and photographer Michael Ableman. Chef Peter Davis will be preparing a delectable menu of recipes from Ableman’s most recent book, Fields of Plenty, a hopeful memoir that chronicles his journey in search of real food and the people who grow it. The dinner, a benefit for The Food Project costs $125 per person, which includes the evening’s prix fixe menu and a signed hardcover copy of Fields of Plenty.
