The five-course dinner will revolve around local produce in support of local agriculture. Tentative courses include cauliflower-leek soup with butter poached lobster and chive fondue; seared sea scallops with wild mushrooms, fingerling potatoes and garlic confit thyme jus; slow-roasted humanely-raised veal with fall fruit chutney, celery root and parsnip puree, and sage jus; assorted Massachusetts cheeses; and heirloom apple tart with cider sauce and spiced crème fraiche. Dinner starts at 6:30pm and costs $125 per person, including wine and gratuity. There will be a silent auction as well. Call 781.893.8222 for more information and to purchase tickets.
