The groundhog may not have seen its shadow, but there are still a few chilly days left in this New England winter, and there’s no better way to warm up than with a few big, bold “monster” reds at this week’s wine dinner at Forage on Tuesday, February 27th.
Bundle up and fill your glass with four reds from wine guru Stan Hilbert that will knock your wool socks off, which will be paired up with bites from chef Eric Cooper’s talented team, including Mushroom Tamale with Fresno Hot Sauce and Sour Cream paired with 2022 Arinarnoa “Folklore Carbonica”; and Pork & Fennel “Italian” Sausage with Calabrian Chili Toum and Crispy Polenta paired with 2021 Carmenere “Massale 1945,” Clos de Luz, Chile. Dinner costs $110 to dine in their adorable Cambridge space at 5 Craigie Circle, all you have to do is make a reservation here between 5:00 and 8:45pm. Or, keep your comfies on and order everything to take home here for $160 (serves two people).
