The tasting, which runs from 6:00-8:00pm, works like a wine class, teaching guests where chocolate comes from, how it’s made and how to taste and really appreciate it – and no, cramming as much of it as you can into your mouth doesn’t count as really appreciating it, not even if it’s fancy chcolate.
