With the holidays practically upon us, now is as good a time as any to learn the basics of champagne ~ and you might as well learn from the experts. Join the folks at 33 Restaurant & Lounge as Moet & Chandon explains everything from selection and food pairing to tips on popping the cork. The evening, which runs from 6:30-8:30pm on Tuesday, December 9th, includes champagne tastings, appetizers from chef Joshua Botsford and an educational and interactive demonstration. Tickets cost $25 if purchased by 2:00pm on December 9th and $30 at the door (if still available). Ten percent of proceeds benefit the Home for Little Wanderers.
