Chef Mark Allen celebrates summer’s bounty at Le Soir with an Endless Summer Wine Dinner on Friday, August 19th. The five-course dinner features dishes like chilled corn soup with rosemary oil; heirloom tomato & pickled shrimp salad; beet & goat cheese risotto; steak and onion rings with port jus and wilted spinach; and peach melba Le Soir.
