Eat Hyper Local in Cambridge

Urban Hearth

Even during the deep, dark cold of a New England winter, Eastern Massachusetts has plenty of fresh, local ingredients, which chef Erin Miller will be exploring at her upcoming 100 Mile Dinner. On Tuesday, February 27th, the savvy chef and owner of Urban Hearth will be teaming up with chef and restaurateur Will Gilson,  the man behind the empire of Puritan & Company, The Lexington, Geppetto, Café Beatrice and The Herb Lyceum for a Cambridge collaboration you won’t want to miss.

Grab a spot between 5:00 and 9:00pm for the hyper-local, farm-to-table menu here for $95 per person, which includes a four-course, prix fixe menu served in Urban Hearth’s cozy dining room. You can add an optional beverage pairing as well for $50, which features spirits, mocktails, and brews in the same 100-mile radius, and you’ll also have a little face time with the chefs during dinner to discuss how to cook with locally sourced ingredients. Keep an eye on the UH Insta for menu updates, and give them a call at 617.682.7295 with any Qs.
