Early Summer Wine Dinner at UpStairs on the Square

UpStairs on the Square continues their series of weekly wine and beverage events this summer by putting the spotlight on some of their favorite wines and producers. Join them on Tuesday, May 25th for a Tour of Chianti Dinner with wine director Shane Lessard, who toured Chianti in March. He’ll give an account of his travels, speak in detail about the wines he tasted, and share his overall impressions about one of the most important wine regions in Italy. This four-course dinner will cost $120 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and will feature dishes like slow-roasted veal with caper anchovy aioli; house-cured duck ham with escarole hearts foie crostini and aged balsamic; and hand-cut pappardelle with braised rabbit, green olives and rosemary from chefs Amanda Lydon and Susie Regis.
