Chef Scott Herritt celebrates Martedi Grosso (also known as Fat Tuesday) at Grotto on Tuesday, February 28th with a special wine dinner hosted by one of their favorite wine reps, Chris. Dinner with Chris, as the evening is called, will feature four courses paired with Chris’ favorite selections from Classic Wine Company’s vast assortment of Italian wines. Chris will be on hand throughout dinner to educate guests about the wines he selected and why he chose them. Since the dinner doesn’t focus on a specific vineyard or grape, but a wide variety of Italian wines, courses will span various regions and styles of Italian cooking.
