Chef Dante de Magistris hits the Big Apple this month for an Italian Wine Lovers’ Dinner at the James Beard House. The blu chef will be whipping up a menu featuring dishes like caramelized bay scallops with chanterelles and citrus-dressed hearty lettuces; slow roasted wild boar with El Rey chocolate, baked chickpea gnocco and sour cherry; and an assortment of little citrus sweets.
