The Italian chef honed his skills in Rome and brings all of his knowledge of the Old World to his acclaimed eatery da LaPosta in Newton, and you won’t want to skip this upcoming Truffle Dinner on Tuesday, December 5th because it’s gonna be amazing. You’ll get to taste dishes inspired by the Piemonte region of Italy, where Alba white truffles come from, plus sip on some stellar Barolos and Barbarescos, including courses of Polenta Fritta, Cauliflower Sformato, and Pizza Bianco & Beef Carpaccio.
