Caffè Umbra hosts their first annual Cornucopia Dinner on Tuesday, September 30th. The corn-themed, four-course dinner costs $65 per person or $85 with carefully selected wines accompanying each course. On chef Laura Brennan‘s menu for the evening: chilled corn soup with lobster and caviar; budino, crespelle and gnocchi with corn, truffles and mushroom jus and seared duck breast with roasted fig, creamed corn and a foie gras coffee sauce.
