Sunday, February 15th Wok this Way Again – Crawley teaches user-friendly Asian dishes like fresh spring rolls with minted chicken and cilantro; Hong Kong noodles with flank steak and wild mushrooms; and crispy dessert wontons with ginger ice cream and macadamia nuts.

Monday, March 1stNot Your Average Chicken – Everyone could use a few cool new chicken recipes. Crawley and pupils will explore just how versatile and upscale this humble bird can be while creating three unique entrees worthy of being added to your culinary repertoire. A surprise dessert will round out the evening.

Monday, March 29thItalian Classics Part 1 – Crawley and company will be doing “old school” North End by preparing some favorites that you’ll enjoy preparing at home like ricotta gnocchi with parma prosciutto and fried sage; stuffed veal roast with marsala sauce and truffle essence, and tiramisu for a sweet ending.
